I continue to develop my expertise by taking part in work based learning in the National Professional Qualification for Leading Special Educational Needs and Inclusion (NPQSENDco) (UCL), National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) (UCL) and National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) (UCL) to compliment my Masters of Arts Leadership and Management in Education with Management, Coaching and Mentoring (MA. L-EDU.) (CMI) to be able to establish my goals to become an Headteacher and Chief Executive Officer of a school which is inclusive to SENDco pupils and to further my career as a Head Barrister and Judge and an established Mediator, Scrum Master, Accountant and Tax Advisor.
I continue to establish my learning with work based learning in Law of Masters Barrister Training Course (LLM. BTC.) and Masters of Science Legal Practice Course with Law, Business and Management (MSC. LPC.) , The Mediation Program, Accountancy and Financial Management Qualification (ACCA), Tax Advisor Qualification and Professional Scrum Master Qualification and Higher Rights of Audience Qualification for both Civil and Criminal alongside the Cilex Judicial Training course to compliment my Certificate in Professional Skills Course (PSC.) and the PhD in Law, driven by my passion for academic excellence and legal research I am also furthering my career by undertaking the New York Bar Exam which will allow me to practice in dual jurisdictions and expand my career and form executive partnerships and judicial within the USA and the U.K. and take on judgeship roles across both countries.
In the political field, I serve as the Chairman of the Forest Hill area for the Lewisham Conservative Constituency and hold the position as a Committee Member at the Conservative Foreign Commonwealth Council, the Conservatives Women’s Organisation, the UK Parliament Teacher Network and the All Progress Congress Party (APC U.K.). I am actively involved as a Parliamentary Candidate and legal associate, focusing on community development, healthcare reform, education reform, police reform, legal justice, and empowering women in leadership.​
My legal experience includes contributions to Croydon’s Crown and Magistrates courts and working with law firms on criminal, civil, immigration, and family cases—all with the goal of advocating for justice and societal fairness. I aspire to become a judge and QC and partner with a Chambers Firm and become a Co-CEO. I have also previously worked as Head of Up-skilling and Licensing for TEDX University of Law events as alumni contributing to leaders and speakers projects, ensuring compliance and educating speakers who are making grand contributions to their audience and to the wider community.

In healthcare I have previously worked as a senior healthcare leader, I have served as a frontline COVID-19 senior healthcare lead, supporting vulnerable populations, children in care, and the LGBTQI+ community, always advocating for health and social care reform I aim to establish a free trust which will aid and support vulnerable people of all ages.

In education, I worked as a senior lecturer, curriculum developer, examiner, assessor, moderator, senior lead teacher for PMLD, SLD and SEN, PhD Research Assistant, Course Representative for Masters Level Education, University Board Member, Head of Department and Head of Up-skilling and Licensing and Speaker for TEDX for top institutions including Cambridge University Press & Assessment, The University of East London, The University of Law and Unity Works. I am passionate about inclusive education and supporting SEND and disadvantaged students. My aspiration is to become an Executive Headteacher where I can influence policy and create equitable, empowering learning environments and own and run a school which is inclusive for all to better the face of tomorrow.

In financial services I am working closely with financial institutions to compliment my education in Accounting, Tax Advisory and Scrum Mastery to be able to partner and become a Co-CEO at a banking institution to build on my interests in tax reform, banking, policy and insurance and further invest in football clubs, sports and entertainment arenas.

My ultimate goal is to ascend to top leadership roles—aspiring to become the CEO of a bank, a school, a law chambers, and a real estate and housing development enterprise to be able to provide funding sources for my humanitarian values. I also have a passion for arts and entertainment, aiming to lead arts productions in pageantry, magazine publishing, beauty therapy, and television. I dream of becoming an actress and philanthropist, Judge and further on my political expertise by becoming an MP inspired by my background in beauty pageants like Miss Africa and Britain’s Next Top Model, where I learned to celebrate beauty and confidence in all forms, especially among underprivileged populations. I continue to work with Tv, modelling agents, designers, brand endorsing and artists to develop my skills in the arts and Tv and I hope to advance these achievements to Hollywood Los Angeles in the coming years while pursuing the New York Bar Exam.

Business Ventures
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also an entrepreneur. I founded MyVulnerability Limited, a legal charity providing free legal services to society’s most vulnerable, and I own several companies in education, beauty, digital media, and real estate. I have plans to develop social housing, care homes, schools, and financial institutions across the UK, Nigeria, and the US, with a focus on social impact and sustainable growth.​
My initiatives include MrandMsYoungBlackAfrica International, a global beauty pageant empowering underprivileged youth, and Luxelondon.shop, a beauty therapy business dedicated to boosting confidence and self-love. I also run digital platforms like Fismagazine Limited and Beingladypr Limited to promote arts, culture, and beauty.

Looking to the future, I aim to establish a Bank of Africa, expand my social enterprises, and further my political career to influence legislation that abolishes police misuse, makes healthcare more affordable, and increases social housing.
