Her Story

Oluseyi Ayinde is a well credible faith-based and multi-award winning British national with Nigerian and American Heritage. Oluseyi is a distinctions Diplomat of Nursing studies (DN) (Nursing) (Distinctions) (DIP.HE.) and Foundation Studies in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (FoundtnStud (Health)) and Diplomat of Childcare and Early Years Educator (EYE) with an Award in Education and Training (AET), a dual Graduate of Bachelors of Law with Government and Politics (LLB. Gov. Pol.), PGCE Post Graduate Certificate in Further Education and Skills Sector (PGCE) and PGCERT Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCERT. HE.), PGCERT NASENCo Postgraduate Certificate in Leading Special Educational Needs and Inclusion (PGCERT NASENCo), Masters of Arts Leadership and Management in Education with Management, Coaching and Mentoring (MA. EDU.) (CMI), Certificate for Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), Diploma in Leading Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) an aspiring dual solicitor and barrister in-completion of Law of Master Barrister Training Course (LLM. Political Background​

Oluseyi currently serves as the Chairman for the Forest Hill Area at the lewisham Constituency Conservatives Association she is also the Committee Woman at  the Conservatives Foreign Commonwealth Council and Member of The Conservatives Women Organisation as well as a Member of The U.K. Parliament Teacher Network she is also a Member of The APC U.K. as Legal Asst. A Parliamentary Candidate associated with 50:50 Parliament. A long serving Tory with the values of healthcare promotion, education, children in care, legal justice and women in leadership.

 

Background & Work

She is a long serving healthcare leader and front line COVID-19 nursing associate and COVID-19 teacher who worked tirelessly for 10 years to assist disabled people of all ages, Looked After Children and Children in Care and Trans and LGBTQI+ people all across the United Kingdom while acting as a disability and gender equality advocate for them and teaching them the ropes to a better view to life while dealing with their condition she further moved onto mastery of nursing and healthcare management and senior leadership in education to move onto work as junior sister and clinical educator. She further worked with young people for 5 years as senior in youth work, she worked with top teaching establishments for young people and adults, SEND Disabled Students, Looked After Children and Children in Care and Trans and LGBT+ whilst being a positive role model to them by teaching them Health and Social Care, Nursing, Law and Politics. In addition to this, she worked with multiple law firms chambers and worked within the Crown and Magistrates Courts where she continued her training as a solicitor in hopes of becoming a Head Barrister one day. She is passionate about The Equality Act and assisting vulnerable people who fall under the characteristic of this Act as well as promoting the Human Rights of people in society.

Oluseyi currently works at Cambridge University Assessment and Press as a Moderator, Examiner and Assessor; she is in charge of moderating OCR qualifications for schools across United Kingdom she is also in charge of marking and awarding grades on the examinations for OCR alongside this, she works as a head/senior lead lecturer of health and social care at an all girls school where she hopes to shape and lead the women of tomorrow, her role involves being the dominant lead of the curriculum of the vocational course and lead other teachers of this course and assessing their work as well as providing leadership on the whole curriculum as the development manager she refers back to the school principal where she is able to demonstrate the areas for change and the positives and negatives of the curriculum during board meetings. In addition to this, she is a Board Member and PhD Research Assistant at The University of East London where she is involved in the Access Participation Plan (APP) of the university which involves organising board meetings for the development of access to funding for students and careers advice for students wishing to enter into the university or currently at the university. She is also the Adult Community Lead Lecturer at Unity Trust this is a special needs college for students with learning disabilities ages 19+  she works here as the Lead lecturer (Esol & SendCo), Lastly, she was the Lead Lecturer at the Adult Education College in Bromley where she lead the Health and Social Care course to adult learners from all different backgrounds ages 19+ (Esol & SendCo). She hopes to progress onto becoming an associate headteacher or vice principal on completion of her National Professional Headship Qualification and then further progress onto Executive by working as a Consultant or Director of Education on completion of her National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership (NPQEL) at The University College London (UCL) marking grand contributions in shaping and leading the future this altogether in addition, to training as a Head Barrister and MP in association with the Chancery Bar association.  ​

Her values include equal opportunities in healthcare, education, law and promotion of charitable causes across the nation relating to global issues within health and social care, education, housing, immigration, children in care, single parents and domestic abuse, misuse of police powers and law and government and politics. Oluseyi served as a delegate in the 68th and 69th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women for United Nation Women U.K. which was primarily about gender equality in society, she worked with many charities including Magistrates and Crown Court, Citizens Advice, Witness Service, Single Parents Advice Services (SPSAS) as Legal Advisor and British Red Cross and she is currently building her own charity for access to free legal representation in areas such as misuse of police powers, civil, crime, domestic abuse, protection of children in care, regaining justice and immigration as an opportunity for students who hold grand qualifications in law to represent those in need of assistance who cannot afford the legal costs of a private barrister or solicitor. This is both educational and acts as a valuable work experience for students with interest in civil rights action and law and it is also valuable to those in need of legal assistance.

 

She is also building her own private healthcare company of which within it will have voluntary positions for those who do not have access to financial aids, in addition to this, the healthcare company will have flexible rates and vary for all various healthcare professionals it is aimed at giving vulnerable people access to a decent care without the expense. Oluseyi is also working closely to open her own private educational institutional to assist students who come from less privileged background who hold the dream to go to university and graduate, priority will be given to those with a disability, come from single parent households, immigrants, homeless people, children in care and prisoners as well as young people who are gang affiliated, the courses within the institution would be government funded and they will vary from primary level to degree level they will give students the opportunity to one-one classroom setting and home-study so that they are able to get proper support while in education and further on move into work.

Oluseyi mother who worked tirelessly with children, young people and adults for 25 years her mother played an active role in Oluseyi life and acted as a positive role model to her, her mother believed in equal rights, and being self dominant she played the figure of a mother and father, she never taught Oluseyi the face of racism or bad characteristics she always included Oluseyi with other cultures, races and people she is very much loved across the country by people in the community. Oluseyi learned her caring characteristics from her beloved mother. Influences from her mother and her tough upbringing supported her in fulfilling her mission to bring the changes to society within her working practices by acting on her personal values and mission to abolish misuse of police power, improve education, provide affordable healthcare and build more social housing in order to give everyone access to equal rights in the society.

Oluseyi has several other future prospects including land and real estate agencies which will govern to assist with building more social housing, universities, nursing homes, hospitals and social care institutions across the United Kingdom and with hopes of spreading this business idea to Nigeria and The United States of America and building schools for all ages across Nigeria, The United Kingdom and The United States of America and furthering on to pursuing a Bank of Africa to compliment her ventures to aiding the less fortunate by using profits from her establishments to fund issues relating to social change and then extending her British political career across Nigeria and America.

Oluseyi is also appreciative of the Arts she is the founder of a global charity and beauty pageant aimed at those living in Africa. The aim of the pageant is to make the less privileged feel beautiful inside and out and give the poor across the world the voice and a new space where they will be invited to the U.K. to compete and during this they will be granted a business management certificate and the highest scorers during the exam and the pageant finals will win a cash prize to set up a business of their own in their own country, those who do not win will have the opportunity to find work in their home country. This was founded following her takings as a Former Top Model and Britains Next Top Model two times contestant and Beauty Queen finalist at Miss Africa where she was able to appreciate beauty of others and beauty in herself. Though she could not take part in Britains Next Top Model contest due to work, she has hopes of returning to her pageantry work by entering for Miss World to represent her country in the future she also wishes to go into the music and acting industry and this forms part of her personal attributes. Her renounced work within the arts lead her to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement in the Arts by Councillor Jackie Smith Cabinet Member Children and Young People in 2013.

 

The beauty pageant is linked to Oluseyi beauty therapy and retail establishment where she empowers and makes people feel beautiful in their own way with beauty therapy and dress making and fashion and she also educates prospect learners and she also works within digital marketing and making in her magazine and digital television establishment.
